Intense flavors of pomegranate and red fruits with earthy undertones.
Clones are Dijon, 115, and 777
2009 growing season was the coolest in over two decades. The vineyard produced mature fruit flavors at quite low Brix. This allowed us to pick early and perserve the natural acidity in the grapes. While nuanced and lovely now, this is also one for the cellar.
